We inspect our products carefully to ensure you receive the highest quality products. Please check your shipment upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product by emailing info@hwlounge.com. Provide detailed information for any damaged product and supply photo proof of damage within the timeframe.

If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a product exchange of equal value minus shipping within 30 days of date received. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please submit your request to info@hwlounge.com or call 612-822-2417.
